Workflow Management

Through the in COAGO MES integrated work flow management, which is closely entangled with quality management, processes can be systematically controlled and verified.

Work flow flags are set on production objects, e.g. rolls or format piles, which ensure that the e.g. subsequent processing is taking place under certain requirements or that products can only be shipped after an explicit QC-release.

Work flow flags can also be assigned as result orientated. In this case they serve as security against critical processes and can be used as criteria for selections.

• review of the production objects after recipe changes or violation of specification
